Take Route 422 West for approximately 25 miles to the Pottstown exit (Route 100). Take Route 100 North for approximately 5 miles to a right on Moyer Road. Take Route 76 West approximately 20 miles to the King of Prussia area. Merge onto Route 422 heading West towards Pottstown/Collegeville/Limerick. Take Route 422 West for approximately 25 miles to the Pottstown exit (Route 100). Take Route 100 North for approximately 5 miles to a right on Moyer Road. Follow Moyer Road through a stop sign until it dead ends into North Charlotte Road (Route 663). Turn right onto North Charlotte Road (Route 663) and follow it approximately .5 miles to Lomara Drive. Follow the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Northeast Extension) to Exit 31 (Lansdale Exit). Turn right onto Route 63 West and continue 3.7 miles to Route 113. Turn left on Route 113 South and follow 4 miles to a right onto Route 73 West. Follow Route 73 West 3.6 miles to the second traffic light (Route 73 West). Turn right at the traffic light and continue on Route 73 West 7.8 miles to a left onto Route 663 South. The Kingston Hill Phase II Sales Center is 2.9 miles on the left.

Take 276 West approximately 25 miles to Exit 326 (Valley Forge Exit). After the toll booth, travel approximately .2 miles and merge onto Route 422 West heading towards Pottstown. Take Route 422 West for approximately 25 miles to the Pottstown exit (Route 100). Take Route 100 North for approximately 5 miles to a right on Moyer Road. Follow Moyer Road through a stop sign until it dead ends into North Charlotte Road (Route 663). Turn right onto North Charlotte Road (Route 663) and follow it approximately .5 miles to Lomara Drive.
